I stayed two days for my honey moon. The welcoming was excellent. The room was clean and neat. We ask them to prepare for honey moon night and all preparations were above the expectations. The complementary products were from the top brands. For the food, you can have it serve to your room or you can take it in the restaurant. The reception and service were great and they always come with a smile. I would come again when I visit Bali next time.

Amazing forest backdrop. The gardens are tropical and kept in immaculate condition. Our villa was spacious and clean with a private infinity pool. It was beautiful waking up to the sunrise every morning. It is a peaceful and serene location. The breakfast and afternoon teas were superb. We enjoyed all our meals and activities such as yoga, village walk and Balinese BBQ. What truly makes this resort special is the staff from the front desk, wait staff , cleaners, gardeners, drivers and spa team. Every staff member we encountered could not do enough for us. Always a beautiful Balinese smile on their faces. So polite, gentle and warm. We will leave with warm hearts and wonderful memories and look forward to coming back soon.

It was an amazing experience! The ambience and decor are enchanting and everything was very clean!! The feeling of being deep in the tropical forest with a typical frog croaking, rain drops and sun shining through the forest is a perfect place of soaking in nature's beauty. All food was delicious and nutritious, the fruits were amazing and the mango pudding was heaven!! The staff are super friendly and accommodating , the massage experience was so relaxing!! Over all ,an out of the world experience , just like we wanted in our own private villa with kids and private pool. We all really enjoyed every aspect of this resort!! All villas have pools, but not all are infinity pools. if you want particularly infinity pool you might request them. I suggest the hotel to add on some ceiling fans in the deck area as it sometimes can be hot and humid .It is fine when it is windy and cool.

Excellent service! From check-in to check-out, it was smooth and pleasant. Staff in the resort speak relatively good English and are very approachable. Villa is clean and comfortable. The only minus point is the height of the toilet from the room is quite steep. Maybe another step or two would be more comfortable for guests to move around.

A wonderful hotel in the middle of the jungle. We stayed at tue bungalow in front of the infinity pool and had a great view over the valley. Food was very good, plenty of at breakfast and good one in the a la carte restaurant too. The staff was amazingly graceful and friendly, doing everything possible to make is happy. Cant wait to return to Bali and stay there again. :-)

The hotel is very nice. But you can see reptiles, but they are harmless, you need to get used to them at first. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the center of Ubud. The staff was excellent. Every morning when I wake up in the pool, something yellow and spongy comes out.

Ubud valley boutique resort was a great experience. The restaurant with elegant music, free morning yoga classes, and an infinity pool with a jungle view were highlights. The spacious and bright rooms were lovely. The only minor issue was occasional nighttime music, but it didn't significantly disrupt our stay. Overall, a wonderful retreat.

We stayed for 10 days and was the best stays in Bali or anywhere else. The people were super helpful all the time and two bedroom with private infinity pool was simply amazing. We did daily trips in and around Ubud and it was so nice to come back each day. The staff provided us afternoon team each day and did everything they could to make our stay super special. I would highly recommended staying there whenever your in bali and need a super chilled, relaxing place to spend some quality time. Out of 10: Rooms. 10 Food. 8 (could have had a few more local choices) Service: 10 Location: 9. Very nice to come back to after a day out. It is about 30 min in a taxi from Ubud . Use Grab Spa: 9 we used the spa two times and the massage was amazingly good. Overall: 10. The fantastic staff makes this place so much more special.
